In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of application and software development engineers, working closely with customers to deliver high-quality solutions, and driving the growth of three key North American motorsport accounts. Main Responsibilities: • Manage and expand three key North American motorsport accounts, exceeding revenue and profitability targets. • Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for Bosch Motorsport solutions. • Continuously improve application and software development processes, ensuring the highest quality standards and timely delivery of solutions.
