Job Description
We're on the lookout for passionate Sales Associates specializing in motorcycles and ATVs to become part of our team! Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions to boost company revenue.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for greeting and building relationships with customers.
• Following up with new and previous customers, using proactive sales techniques.
• Completion of all sales training requirements
• Maintaining traffic log.
• Possess knowledge on multiple brands and products in the powersports industry.
• Follow a structured sales process.
• Maintaining showroom floor and All sales units for display, cleanliness and
?Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus!
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus!
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and an enthusiasm for the powersports industry.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask are a must.
• Be highly motivated and enthusiastic.
Company DescriptionArlington Motorsports is located on major freeway Hwy 360 between Dallas and Fort Worth Texas the middle of the metroplex 1 mile from Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor and the new AT&T (Cowboys) stadium 11 miles from DFW airport.
Arlington Motorsports is a franchise dealer for Yamaha, Suzuki, and Polaris, we also carry a large selection of used inventory, all brands. We are family owned with several stores in Tarrant County with over 40 years of continuous Motorsports business. We are open five days a week Tuesday through Friday 9-7 Saturday 9-6 and recognize most major holidays with competitive pay and benefits.
