Bullring Staff

We are looking for reliable personnel with a keen eye for detail and an interest in motorsports. The ideal candidates will have experience or interest in race operation related tasks, the ability to learn how to possess the knowledge of operation & race procedures, and possess the physical stamina needed to complete events and tasks while keeping the safety of competitors and all personnel in forefront. Responsibilities • Assist with race operation tasks such as, but not limited to: Staging Lanes, Tower Operations, Tech Inspection, Victory Circle Formalities, Corner Workers, Hot Pit Lane Overview • Assist with pre-event facility readiness, including moving fencing, hanging temporary signage, assisting with racer parking, etc. • Collaborate with other co-workers on tasks and learn to use communication radios as well as assist security personnel in confrontational situations. • Report any issues to management. • The hours are dynamic based on the needs for events but can be long depending on the type of event we are running. Requirements and skills • Willingness to learn aspects of Bullring operations • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and processes. • Experience using basic hand tools. • Ability to read and comprehend basic operator manuals & rules. Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
