Job Description

About the position Responsibilities • Ensure the department is operating at maximum production by controlling costs. • Build a loyal clientele and maintain good employee relationships. • Set and obtain sales and profit objectives. • Assist in maintaining financial records. • Contact financial sources to coordinate approval from financial sources and factory credit divisions. • Maintain all sold files and ensure correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., on all transactions. • Oversee the collection of finance and insurance fees. • Locate trade titling and ensure proper signatures & lien release information. • Manage contracts in transit to ensure proper cash flow. • Review each deal for missing or incomplete paperwork in preparation for billing. • Submit all contracts to the bank for payment. • Ensure all deals are compliant with company standards and submit to store biller in a timely manner. • Assist with administrative duties as needed. • Lead by example and be willing to help with challenges. Requirements • High school diploma or GED. • Ability to read and understand directions. • Understanding of dealership finance and insurance procedures. • Familiarity with dealership computer systems. • Excellent communication skills. • Excellent computer skills. Nice-to-haves • 1 year of cash handling experience (Preferred). • 1 year of banking experience (Preferred). • 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred).
