About the Role: SP Motorsports crew members play an essential role in delivering exceptional track day and race experiences for drivers and their Porsche vehicles. These positions require a passion for performance, teamwork, and excellence on and off the track. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for Porsche vehicles, including diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. • Collaborate with drivers, engineers, and team members to optimize performance. • Manage transportation and ensure equipment is prepped and delivered on schedule. • Adapt to dynamic track and race environments while maintaining professionalism. What We’re Looking For: • Motorsport Experience: Previous track day or race event experience is highly preferred. • Porsche Knowledge: Familiarity with Porsche vehicles and their unique performance requirements. • Leadership Abilities: For Team Manager, Crew Chief, and Car Chief roles, leadership and decision-making skills are essential. • Mechanical Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair abilities for Crew and Car Chief roles. • Team-Oriented: Collaborative spirit and adaptability to high-pressure situations. • Availability: Must be available to work weekends and travel to various California tracks.
